Management
Customers / Suppliers
The program is divided in
two logical unities, Management Parking lot with monthly canon and
management parking lot schedule; it is possible to use both the
managements or only partially one of them
The management Parking lot
with monthly canon is almost entirely englobed in the management Customers,
in fact this is very simple to be used how much complete it is
functional. In the first denominated panel "Registry" the
registry data of the Customer are gathered, while the panel "Collection-payments"
there are the information related to the vehicle, to the positioning and
the recordings of the economic movimentaziones (collections or payments)
effected by the Customer or supplier in matter.
Some particular
characteristics of the program
the management Customers
/ Suppliers it allows to effect searches, also in combination, for
whatever field, in over there are different types of presses from which
to draw important information:
to) the parametric press
in which there are only the information that interest you some Customer
(with selection of the fields to be stamped)
b) it stamps her some card Customer / Supplier
c) label stamps her for letters (wishes, prompt, etc.)
d) it stamps her some Customers that are late in the payments
and) the press of the vehicles with expired insurance.
The program automatically
underlines (in red) if the canon of the Customer has expired or less,
and if the insurance of the vehicle has expired, offering a further
service to the Customer.

program can manage a boundless number of bands of payment for the
management of the Parking lot to times
The
bands of payment are not tied up to a logic detail, in fact these I can
be diversified for autoveicoli of different typology (motorcars,
motorcycles, Vans, etc.) , for typology of day (work, festive, extra
festive, etc.) or for any other category of payment. |

Management
Parking lot
The management Parking lot
allows with few clicks or pressures of keys to quickly record the
entrances and the exits of the vehicles. The graphical user interface

The
recording of the exit of the vehicle is as many simple.
To insert in the box
"Progressive" (aloft to the left of the window) the number of
the progressive printout on the document released to the Customer,
cliccare on the button Search or to press the key function F1.
If the recording is found the program it predisposes him for the
exit, therefore cliccare on the key Gone out or to press dispatch.
it is possible to also
effect the search for plate or part of it.
N.b.
The search is effected for the day planned as I filter. If it is desired
to visualize more the data days, all it takes is eliminating the
inserted date.

and it annuls |
The
function of change and annulment is possible solo if the operator is the
administrator or if you/he/she has been authorized (to
See Formulations).
N.b. The
annulment doesn't effect the physical cancellation of the information,
but only a logical elimination. In this way the administrator can effect
a greater control on the job performed by the operators |

This
program is conceived for the use in multiutenza without limits of number
accesses.
To use online the program is necessary to follow the followings
footsteps:
1) on the car destined to
guard the data, to share in reading / writing the briefcase where the
file database resides "basedati.mdb." After having installed
the program on this computer, the briefcase you/he/she should reside in
"C:\Programmi\ParkingManager."
1) on it plots her you
destine to the use of the program, to digitize in the voice "central
Database" in Formulations / General Formulations (panel Database),
the run of the file "basedati.mdb" resident on the car file
server. For instance "\

Management
Consumers
The
program manages two levels of authorization of base, level administrator
and level simple consumer.
The administrator has the complete control of the system, and besides
you/he/she is the only consumer trained to the generation / management
of the other consumers.
The simple consumers can have authorization different among them; in
fact the administrator can determine if each one of them are trained to
the use or less than parts of the program. An operator can for instance
be trained to the management of the parking lot but not to the
management of the box and the presses of I recapitulate.
Closing
Exercise
The
closing is a function that at the end of every exercise is normally
performed for reseting the files.
The program effects the following operations:
- the
calculation of the sale beginning exercise, adding the current
imports with the total ones of the collections / payments it cancels
some year in progress
- it
eliminates all the recordings of box
- it
eliminates the whole recording of entrances / you go out parking lot
contabilizzate or you annul
N.b.
before performing this operation, it recommends him to effect the backup
copy of the database.
Backup
/ Restoration Database
The
periodic copy of the data is such an important function as neglected by
the consumers. To periodically effect the backup copy preserves from
possible damages caused from a wrong use of the program or from problems
of nature Hardware or software.
The
program manages the function of backup and restoration with a very
simple and intuitive interface. Only with a simple Click sets out the
function of backup that produces a copy (also tablet) of the file "basedati.mdb."
In over it is possible possession trace of the different copies, in how
much the system records the date and the schedule of execution. The
program can also effect the automatic cancellation of the oldest copy,
optimizing I space him/it busy on the disk.
